Nivon is a no-code AI customer support chatbot trained on your website and docs. Add your site URLs, PDFs or text, choose an AI model, and embed it with a single script tag. It answers customers 24/7 in 95+ languages and hands anything it can't solve to your team as a ticket with the full conversation.

How much does Nivon cost?

Nivon has a free plan with 150 credits a month and no credit card required. Paid plans start at $12 a month, or $9 a month billed yearly, and team seats are never billed per seat. One credit equals 1,000 tokens on the base model, and more advanced models use more credits. Top-up packs also available if you run out of credits.

Can Nivon hand conversations off to a human?

Yes. When the chatbot can't resolve a question, it sends the conversation to your inbox as a ticket with the full thread, so your team can pick up where it left off.
