Terms of Service

By using CodeHype (“we”, “us”, “our”), including browsing, creating an account, launching a product, voting, or commenting, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who we are

CodeHype is an AI product discovery and launch platform operated at CodeHype. Contact: business.codehype@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country) to create an account. If you use CodeHype on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Launch Guidelines.

4. Product launches & listings

When you submit a product, you grant CodeHype a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute the listing content (name, tagline, description, logos, screenshots, links, and related metadata) to operate and promote the platform.

• You must have rights to the content and product you submit.
• Submissions may be reviewed before publication. Approval is not guaranteed.
• We may reject, remove, or unpublish listings that appear unsafe, misleading, spammy, illegal, or otherwise unsuitable.
• Rankings and placement are based on platform signals (including votes) and editorial judgment; they are not paid placements unless clearly marked as advertising.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit malware, phishing, scams, or illegal products/services.
• Manipulate votes, rankings, or engagement artificially.
• Harass others, spam, or scrape the service abusively.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or non-public data.
• Impersonate people, brands, or CodeHype staff.

6. User content

Comments and other user-generated content remain yours, but you grant us a license to use them to operate CodeHype. You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

CodeHype branding, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Product logos and names belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification and discovery.

8. Third-party links

Product websites and external links are not controlled by CodeHype. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing, or practices. Use external sites at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

CodeHype is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. Inclusion on CodeHype is not an endorsement of any product.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeHype and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeHype from claims arising out of your content, product listings, or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
