The app never opens, so it works through AirPods with your phone in your pocket. What it does not do No rewriting, no summaries, no second library to keep clean. Frequently asked questions about Driftto

How is this different from emailing myself?

Email puts every thought in the same place: your inbox. That means a second round later tonight, moving your own emails into the apps where the work actually lives. Driftto skips that round. You pick the destination while you capture, and the note lands in the project, on the list, or in a teammate's inbox straight away.

Where can Driftto send a capture?

Apple Reminders, Notion, Email, Todoist, Asana, Google Tasks, Linear, Jira, Trello, Wrike and more. You connect a destination once and set its defaults, so the right project and the right fields are already chosen before you open the app.

Can one note go to more than one place?

Yes. Pick several destinations for the same capture and it lands in all of them. A note for yourself and a task for a colleague leave from the same screen.

Why not just use Siri and Reminders, or the quick add in Notion?

Each of those captures for itself only. The thought that belongs in another system, or with another person, has nowhere to go. Driftto is one front door for all those back doors, and it still uses Siri when your hands are full.

Does Driftto rewrite or summarise my notes?

No. It sends what you wrote or said, unchanged. Speech is converted to text on the device itself. If you want a tool that polishes voice notes into prose, this is not that tool.

What happens when I am offline?

The capture waits on your phone and goes out by itself once you have a connection. Every capture shows its own status, so a send that failed stays visible until you retry or remove it.

What does it cost?

$19.99 a year after a 7 day free trial, or $2.99 a month. You can also pay once, $29.99 for lifetime access, if you would rather not have a subscription. There is no free tier.

Is there an Android version?

No. Driftto is an iPhone app. There is no Android version and no iPad app.
