Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription or auto-pay at any time without any extra charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the period you've already paid for.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription by:

  • Visiting your account settings on CodeHype
  • Contacting our support team at contact
  • Using the cancellation option in your payment provider's dashboard

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds for Pro subscriptions under the following circumstances:

  • Refund requests made within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
  • Technical issues preventing you from using the service
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

4. No-Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days of purchase
  • Partial months or unused portions of subscriptions
  • Credits that have been used
  • Free trial periods

5. Auto-Pay Cancellation

You can cancel auto-pay at any time without any extra charges. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew automatically, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
